1.     Re-investment in China by foreign-funded enterprise, the invested projects should be encouraged or permitted projects referring to Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries. If so , it could be registered in industrial and Commercial Bureau without approval of Economic Committee

2.     The investment capital has been fully injected

3.   Foreign-funded enterprise can’t invest in the fields which banned to foreign investment
