Foreign manufacturing，generally refers to company that mainly provide production or machining service, we usually call it factory. Compared with common trading company or consulting company, factory has its own characteristics, main points are as follow:
1.Compared with common trading company or consulting company, to found a factory needs more registered capital in order to buy production facilities and rent or purchase workshop .
2. There are strict requirement on place selection. In Shanghai, factory can only be founded on government planning area (industrial zone). Place selection is the most important job, which always takes a long time, because there are strict requirement on land area, workshop size, sewage treatment equipment and so on.
3. The production process flow must pass examination and approval by specific government departments, including environmental pollution, sewage disposal, and noise pollution. Some factory even needs special pollution control equipment.
4. Consumption of power and water is higher compared with other kinds of company, especially power, so we need be careful of voltage load to ensure it can meet the demands of your normal production.
5. Production process needs high management skills, different management levels is required in order to manage the large number of employees.
